Hey! We're Chad & Lexi Harrigan

The Y.C.L.N. Co (You Can Live Now) was founded on the belief that there's no need to wait until everything is perfect, you can begin to live the life you want right now. As life, leadership, and relationship coaches we specialize in effective communication for all relationships. We believe that the worst thing you can do is to live a life where you have to betray yourself in order to thrive.

Relationship Coaching

Many people can list what they don't want in detail but can often fall short on knowing what they do want. What kind of relationship do you want? Whom do you want to be in that relationship? Are you more married to your process or the outcome? Are you having frequent miscommunications? Life Coaching

Imagine that coaching and therapy are two sides to the same coin. A lot of the same training, same purpose, however, they each have a different focus. Therapy is going to be more open-ended, with a greater emphasis on your past, depression, anxiety, or trauma. While coaching can deal with those things, it doesn't have to be trauma-based. Coaching is also here for the things that you're excited about. The things you want to achieve. The things you want to have in your life. Where therapy focuses on what you want to walk away from, coaching focuses on what you want to walk towards. Coaching helps you create the mental and emotional space to process, feel, think, experiment, and explore. To try out tools, skills, and practices and say “I hated this! / I loved this! / I had to tweak this and then it worked for me”. All of this is about practice/progress; not perfection.
